I don't have time to make dinner..but milling my own grain, yes, I have time for that (my thinking process, as you can seen, is irrational).
Well, thankfully I have a smart husband who kindly advised that I start making bread with already milled flour first.
Oh please, I've totally got that.
And I forgot the salt.
Fail.

ReplyDeleteBread is a scary endeavor! When I first moved away from home last January, my mom sent me with a little package of yeast. My first couple of loaves were edible but unattractive and just kind of weird. But now I actually enjoy my own bread and I'm trying all sorts of new twists...you can do it!
