Crafting + Girlfriends (I feel like an old person calling girls who are friends "girlfriends" but I like that better than gal pals or just plain "friends" or girly girls. I'm saying it more in a "Hey Girlfriend!" tone...if that makes sense). Okay, That parenthetical statement/paragraph was way too long so I have to start my equation again.

Pink Lemonade Cupcakes
From Confections of a Foodie Bride
3/4 cup frozen Pink Lemonade Concentrate, thawed
3/8 cup water
1 White cake box mix
3 egg whites
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Mix all the ingredients together on medium speed for 2 minutes (Do not mix any longer, it will dry out the cupcakes). Pour batter into lined cupcake pans. Bake for 20-23 minutes at 350 degrees.
2 sticks butter (1 cup), room temperature
-6 cups powdered sugar
-1/8 teaspoon salt
-1-3 teaspoons milk, depending on desired consistency.
Beat butter and sugar together until smooth. Add liquid ingredients to reach desired consistency.
Pipe frosting on cooled cupcakes.
